    Terms of Service

     

    Versa Logix– Terms of Service

    Effective Date: 04/22/2025

    By booking an appointment with Versa Logix, you, the customer, agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, set expectations, and protect both parties.


    1. Scope of Services

    Versa Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services at the customer’s location. The services requested and provided will be outlined at the time of booking.


    2. Service Area & Access

    Customers must provide:

    • Access to the vehicle(s) at the scheduled time.
       
    • Permission to perform services on private or commercial property.
       
    • Access to a water supply and power source if required, unless otherwise agreed upon.
       

    3. Vehicle Condition

    You acknowledge that detailing is a cosmetic service. Versa Detailing is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint damage, or wear and tear.
       
    • Damage resulting from poorly adhered or aftermarket components.
       
    • Existing damage that may be exposed or worsened during the detailing process (e.g., brittle trims, loose panels, oxidized paint).
       

    4. Liability Waiver

    Versa Detailing will take all reasonable care, but by booking a service you agree to:

    • Waive liability for minor cosmetic changes or pre-existing defects that may be uncovered.
       
    • Accept that results will vary depending on vehicle condition and previous maintenance.
       

    5. Weather Policy

    In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.


    6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
       
    • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to $25.
       
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if the vehicle is misrepresented.
       

    7. Payment & Pricing

    All pricing is listed before booking. Additional charges may apply for:

    • Heavily soiled interiors
       
    • Pet hair removal
       
    • Excessive stains, mold, or hazardous conditions
       

    Payment is due upon completion of service unless arranged in advance.


    8. Photos & Marketing

    Before/after photos may be taken for liability and marketing purposes. No license plates or personal information will be shown. Let us know if you wish to opt out.


    9. Changes to Terms

    Versa Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
